I had the privilege of working with Dr. Fountaine during my career as a superintendent of schools. He provided staff development for our administrative team and for a convocation to kickoff at the beginning of the school year. Through his clear articulation, extensive knowledge, and preparation, Dr. Fountaine is able to communicate unity by acknowledging everyone's gifts that they  contribute to the organization's' vision. He is a wonderful example of a successful African American businessman and he is comfortable in a rural setting along with the high end urban arena. In this day and age of emotional divisions, Dr. Fountaine addresses differences and how they can bind cultural groups together.
