John S. Fountaine, is Founder, President and CEO of Fountaine and Fountaine Corporate, Government and Institutional Consultants.

Dr. Fountaine is the originator of the Verizon "Team Base Organizational" (TBO) Structures, a cutting edge technology that includes organization/institution behavioral development, management strategies and team base organizational behavior (TBO). John has a passion for teaching and applying practical principles to the total business enterprise.

John has held several "senior level positions" in Corporate, Business, Manufacturing and Operational enterprises. His background embraces over 28 years expertise in redesigning/restructuring and operational excellence with extensive domestic and international experience in all regions of the USA as well as South America and Mexico. He has worked as a change agent to enhance the net worth, within large global corporations, Federal Government Agencies and Academia Higher learning institutions.

Prior to leading Fountaine and Fountaine, John was an executive with a large international corporation where his responsibilities included managing and leading the transformation of a group with 25 sites worldwide generating over $1.5 billion in sales.

Dr. Fountaine is a graduate of Boston University in Boston Massachusetts where he earned the degree of Doctorate in Applied Psychology/Personalities and Cultural Behavior.

He is the author of several publications. His most recent book to be published is entitled First Quarter Mile: Then the Race."
